Legend of Grimrock - role-playing game for exploring the dungeons in a modern version, but with the spirit of the old school. A group of prisoners was sentenced to certain death in exile on the isolated Grimrock mountain for terrible crimes, which they may not have committed. But their punishers did not know that the mountain is permeated with ancient tunnels, dungeons and tombs of long-disappeared civilizations. Now, if they want to ever see the daylight again and find freedom, a rabble group of exiles must rally to the team and descend through the interior of the mountain, level by level. The game returns old-fashioned tests, such as tactical battles in real time and moving around the grid, cleverly hidden switches and secret places, as well as deadly traps and eerie monsters. Legend of Grimrock puts the emphasis on puzzles and exploration so that the mind and perception of the player are much more important tools than the sharpest of swords that can be. And if you are a seasoned veteran in the study of dungeons and are hungry for even greater trials, then stock up the sheets in a box and turn on the "Oldschool" mode to disable such unnecessary luxury as an automatic card.
