Unravel's story starts with an elderly lady advancing up to bed as Yarny, the diversion's dear hero produced using red yarn, becomes animated ground floor. His enterprise starts only outside of the bungalow, wandering through the greenery enclosure and into the past looking for lost recollections made by the family that once occupied the house, disentangling himself along the way.
